Lady Gardeners.

| Trained lady gardeners in all parts of the country (says the Woman, at Home) pursue 'their work with much success, "and are living-down the prejudice that at first existed against them in certain quarters. Some set tip schools of their own,.some specialize iii intensive culture . and market gardening,'' while/others prefer to fill posts as actual gardeners in charge of a garden. Capability invariably commands respect, and the workmanlike way in wrhich. a properly trained lady gardener ,-gpes about her duties is an inspiring sight, augufing well for the f ui-ther success of • women' in this particular branch of work open to them.
