SKATING CARNIVAL.
The curtain was rung down on the .second skating carnival of the season on Saturday night, when the Olympia Pink i was', filled .with skaters in fancy and poster costumes of all kinds. Speculation as to who" would be the winners of the various poster trophies, and a number of very interesting races occupied the attention.of a largo number of spectators. The following awards were made, bv tlic iudges: Rest 'Posler'.'Lady—Miss N. llcrron Taratu Coal)., Best' Fancy .'Dress Lady—Miss D.
