LANDLORD SEEKS RENT.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, September 28. Robert Russell, owner of a house in the citv, was committed for trial today on" a charge of breaking and entering a house, which was occupied by his tenant, with intent to intimidate the occupants. The defence was that the rent was overdue, and accused was endeavoring to obtain payment. Bail was allowed, accused in £SO and one surety in a like amount.
