BOWLING.
(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, September 27. At a meeting of'the new Council of the Now Zealand Bowling Association to-night the question of bowl-testing was considered, and it was decided that any player who was a member of the cli'ib affiliated to an association may take part in the New Zealand Bowling Association's tournament provided his bowls are tested and stamped by his association.
