WOODVILLE'S DRAINAGE SCHEME.
(Per Press Association.) Woodvillo, August 23. An influential mooting of ratepayers last night discussed a proposal for a new drainage scheme for the horougli. Br Frengley, of the Health Department, strongly supported it. A motion was carried to take a poll on a loan of £12,000. There is a great deal of opposition from those within tlw rating area who cannot take, advantage of the scheme, hut it is expected the loan will be carried.
