Briand has introduced a Bill in the Chamber intended to rjrevent strikes.; '' It enables aii association of workers to enter into a collective labor contract with an association of employers and permits'dissentients-to : resign 'membership from their association or'union ' within threei • days 'following the notice of the contract. The association corporately, and its members individually, are responsible for breaches of the contract,: and are liable for'damages. . •
