FLOODS THREATEN MARLBOROUGH.
(Per Press Association.") Blenheim, July 13. A sharp shock of earthquake was felt here this morning. Heavy rain set in yesterday and continued all night. It has made the rivers rise rapidly, and it is feared that if the rain does not cease soon, parts of the country will he flooded.
