(Per Peess Association.) Wanganui, July 10. What is known as the racecourse case was closed on Saturday. Some months ago the Jockey Clul) prohibited the public from using what' was long regarded as a right-of-way across the racecourse, and in. order to test the matter certain residents living on the further side of the course pulled down a barrier which the Jockey Club had erected.
