The To Anau will load at Oamaru on Saturdav instead of Thursday for Wellington and the Coast,, having been delayed on account of the rough weather. The schooner Isabella Defraine arrived here this morninc. and was moored to the Normanby wharf. The Isabella Defraine hails from Sydney but is owned in Auckland, and is sailed by Captain Banning. She left Owhata (Herekino), North Auckland, on the 6th instant, and met with variable winds and indifferent weather on the west coast of the North Island, and until reaching the Straits. She hove in sight of Oamaru on Tuesday, 14th inst., and ran into a furious storm when a few miles off. Boisterous weather, accompanied by lightning and thunder, compelled Captain Kunningto put to sea under reduced canvas. The following day she was wearing "W.N.W. about seven miles distant. The storm abating, Captain Kunning altered his course and steered for this port. The Isabella Defraine brings a cargo of superficial feet of kauri timber.
