One Albanian force eastwards of tlie railway is holding Shevki Pass near Prislitina, and a second, consisting of the Ghilan and Preshova insurgents, holds the Katehanik Pass, threatening Shevket Pasha's communication. A third body, composed of the Lyuna and Prizrend Albanians, has re-occupied the Tzcrnolie Pass and holds the PrizrendFcrisvitch road.
The insurgents refrain from molesting the Christian villages. The Turks are concentrating in overwhelming force towards Katehanik. The electors of Prizrend and Ipek threaten to shoot their deputies if they returned to their constituencies, accusing them of co-operating with the Committee of Union and Progress in the anti-Christian policy.
