GERMAN SPIES IN FRANCE.

It is reported in Paris that documents relating to mobilisation are missing from the headquarters at Chalons. General Durand declares that the district swarms with German spies disguised as laborers, tramps, and trade assistants. German women are continually crossing the frontier, and whenever lie made a tour of inspection another motor car followed with German officers.
