Mr Lloyd-George's quart bottle oi whisky amendment was withdrawn, il.s introduction was due to .some misunderstanding. Mr Lloyd-George proposes that tlio present minimum of a quart bottle lor Engla nd and Wales will remain, and as regards Scotland and Ireland, instead of the present absence of restrictions the minimum will be one-fourth of n quart.
