HUMANE INVENTION.

The War Office is experimenting at Aldershot with the invention of two retired Italian naval officers named Bellini and Tosi, to determine the direction whence an ethergram is received. It is stated the invention will be invaluable in life-saving in a fog at sea. The marine authorities have beguu to build a station for the installation of the system at Boulogne.
