(Pfcir. Press Association.) "Wellington, August 31, The steamer Cornwall, from Liverpool, arrived to-day with another batch of immigrants. . She had somewhat over 100 for all ports, tiie distribution being as follows: Auckland 31, "Wellington 30, Lyttelton 11, Dunedin 11, New Plymouth 5, "Westport 4, Gisborne 4, Napier 2, Bluff 2, and Greyinouth 1. The immigrants created a favorable impression on first acquaintance, the majority of them being young men of good physique.
