THROAT .SORE AND' INFLAMED. A Cbristchurch resident, sceptical of cure until he tried Baxter's Lung Preserver, Mr Ramsey, Victoria Bt-reet, 8/12/08, writes:—■ "To "Mr J. Baxter. Dear Sir,—l feel -t my duty to write and thank you for the good I have received from your Lung Preserver. Some years ago I contracted a severe cold, ' and after trying many new remedies that were advertised I was no 'better off than before. My lungs seemed clogged with phlegm and my throat was sore and inflamed. I was sceptical when I read your advertisements. However, I speculated in a shilling bottle of your Lung Preserver, and I must confess it seemed :is if the medicine was specially made to «uit my case. Tho sore throat disappeared with tho first bottle, and : by the time the second bottle was done my chest was free from phlegm and I was feeling quite myself again.
