At the meeting of the South Canterbury Education" Board yesterday, the resignation of Miss Ivy Foster as teacher at Waitaki was accepted and the appointment of Miss Harris notified. Mr G. J. Goldsman was appointed sole teacher at Willowbridge and Miss K. M'Pherson temporary teacher at Gray's Corner. The Waihao Downs School was granted funds for a desk, form, and blackboard, and Waitaki School for a chair and clock. Messrs J. B. Heidi and .W. H.
