Leonessa, the dun clam of Hoichkiss, one of the most successful sires that has ever stood in Is'ew Zealand. Rosalind, the dam of Rosemcre, was the dam of a host of good horses, including Black Roso and Roseal (both C.J.C. Derby winners), Awarua Roso (3rd N./£.
