For United States of America, Canada, West Indies, Central America, West Coast of South America, United Kingdom and Europe, per Sierra, at 1.30 p.m. Money orders and registereS letters, 2-30 p.m. Books and newspapers, 1 p.m. Late letters may be posted on the van attached to the express, provided the usual late postage is affixed. This mail will be doe in London on 51st October.
