The district for the two Hack Races ; will be from the Awamoko. River to Morven Hills 'Station on the Otago sldo and from :Elephant 'Hill Creek to Mount Cook Station, i bounded by the watershed of the Waitaki and Hakataramea Rivers, on the Canterbury 'side. '5. Owners and horses of the two Hack ; Races must be in the district three months prior to tie meeting. 6. Handicaps to appear in the Oamaru 'Mail on 23rd.September, 1903. 7. Horses not at the post at the advertised itime of starting are liable to a fine of Two Guineas, which will be'strictly enforced. _ 8.
