Handicap, J.C-V Handicap,/and Trot, and also entries for Maiden Plate, District Maiden Hack, Hack Selling, and Kurow District Handicap Hack Race must reach the Secretary by 9 o'clock p.m. oil MONDAY, 30fch September, 1901. 4. The district for the three Hack Races will be from the Awamoko River to Morven Hills iStation on the Otago .side, and from Elephant Hill Creek to-Mount Cook Station, bounded by the watershed of the Waitaki and Hakataramea Rivers on the Canterbury side. 5. Owners and horses of the three Hack races must be in the district three months prior to the meeting. ' 6. Handicaps to appear ia the Oamaru Mail of the 24th September. 7. Horses not at the post at the advertised time of starting are liable to a fine of Two Guineas. 8. Nominators to give previous performances -and colors of riders. 9. The trotting races will be run und«r the rules of -the North and South Island Trotting Association. - 10. Nominations to be under cover and marked "Nomination only."'
