" At the conclusion of the season the membership roll contained 154 names, o£ which all bat 11 are clear financially. •• Thi balance-sheet prepared by the hon. treasurer shows receipts (including balance from last session) amounting to Lll 10i lOd, and expenditure L 9 Is -"3d, leaving a balance of L2 9a 7d, which your Committee consider very satisfactory. •'lt will be notid that the eipenditurc includes two donations ;o the Sunday School funds amounting to L 4 155."

The election of officers resulted a3 follows :—President, Archdeacon Gouid ; vicepresidents, Miss Thompson and Mr E. P. Lee ; secretary and treasurer, Mr 11. H. G. Balfe ; editor of the magazine, Mrs Bulleid ; committee, Mrs Lee, Miss Headland, Messrs Eliott, Armstrong, and H. Cork. It waa decided to arrange for the meetings to be held on the Thursday in each week, to commence on the 25th May, when the business will be a miscel aneous entertainment, to be arranged by the committee. The committee will draft thcsyilabu3 for the sear-ion, to be submitted to that meeting for approval. Twenty new members were enrolled, and the meeting terminated with a vote of thanks to the chair.
