Received November 1, afc 10.25 p.m. Pakis, November 1. King Menelib's adviser In Pariß says that 15,000 Abyssinian troops are in the vicinity of Fashoda, prepared to support the French. Bomb, November 1. It is reported here that France, at the instigation of Russia, ia merely temporising over the Fashoda incident, to afford the Abyssinians time to reach Fashoda. Received November 2, at 1 a.m. London, November 1. The War Office has ordered 200 8-inch wire guns.
