This afternoon the Babbit Proof Wire Netting Fences Bill and Land Drainage Act Bill passed the Committee stages. The following Bills passed the final stages :- Fencing Act Amendment Bill, Public Works and Land Settlement, Dairy Industry, and Pharmacy Bills. The second reading of the Canterbury College Powers Bill was agreed to. The Council adjourned at 4.55.-
