Mails olose at the chief Post Office, Oamaru (subjeot to. any necessary alterations) as under: — For Northern ports, overland daily, at 2.30 p.m. Late letters, mail van, north express, at 3 pm. Weditesday, sth Octobwb. For Wellington, Napier, LJisborne, and Au-tralian colonies, per Waihora, at 2 3J p.m. Friday, 7th October. For Wellington and Greymouth, per Herald, at 2.30 p m. SA.TUH.DAY, BIH COTOBT3R. For Wellington, per Penguin, at 2.30 p.m. The I.unds liner Narrung leaves Melbourne for Capetown, on Friday, 14th October. Mails for Tonga, Famoa and Fiji, per Hauroto, close at Auckland on VVedueßday, 19th October, at 4 p.m. Mails for Cromarty, Puyeegur Point and Tunuroa, per luvercirgill, close at Invercargill on Thursday, 6th October, at 4 p.m.
