At the Appeal Court argument) was taken on motions to restrain the Minister for Lands compulsorlly taking the Hatuma Estate, Hawke's Bay, under the Lands for Settlement Act, on the ground that there had been no sufficient negotiations as to particular lands vested in Mr Russel and trustees respectively, and no refusal by them to Bell.
