(by telegraph.) (from our own correspondent. ) Wellington, Soptember 25. Mr Fraser will shortly make a statement in the House with reference to the Bushy Park transaction which will entirely knock the ground from beneath the feet of those who have professed to see in it an evidence of shocking political depravity, and will prove it to be an ordinary business matter in which the Government had no more influence than ordinary citizens.
