Received September 12, at 11 a,m. Sydney, September 12. At the adjourned inquest, Mrs Chapman gave evidence that the girl Nicholls came to the Institute on Wednesday morning Bnd died on Friday morning. She told Chapman that she saw the doctor and friends at her house previous to coming. Witness saw no operation performed at the Institute. Sheridan arranged for her coming and for the removal of the body. She saw him make an incision in the abdomen after death while the girl was there. Seawell was unaware of anything except that the girl was in the house. Seawell has been released on bail.
