To Flockmasters, Graziers, Farmers, and Others. ~CI P. burbury (on behalf of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile b goncy Company) has received instructions from Mr John Borton (in consequence of his baring sold his Maerewhenua Estate to the Government) to sell by public auction, at above timo and plaoe— The whole of his well-known FLOCK of 2000 PUREBRED SHROPSHIRES, 1000 PUREBRED MERINOS (progeny of the wellknown Borton and M'Master'a Flock, Fisher strain), and his Entirn FLOCK of 4000 HALF and THREE-QUARTERBRED BREEDING EWES (4, 6, and 8 tooth) Also, HORSES, CATTLE, IMPLEMENTS, Shearing Machines, 5500 Sacks Prime Milling Wheat, and 1500 Sacks Danish Cats, eto., etc. Also, the right of GRAZING, up to Ist September, 8000 acres of Grass Paddocks, in lota to suit purchasers. The grazing will be offered first. The dry sheep and lambs on tho station will be retained by Mr Borton for feeding off his turnip crop, and therefore will not bo offered at auction ; but with this exception every# thing will bo sold to the highest bidder. A Special Train will convoy intending purchasers to the sale.
