The grazing will be offered first. The dry sheep and lambs on tho station will be retained by Mr Borton for feeding off his turnip crop, and therefore will not bo offered at auction ; but with this exception every# thing will bo sold to the highest bidder. A Special Train will convoy intending purchasers to the sale.
