Pleiades 997 Dec. 29. 25 Waipa 1015 Jan. 7. 17 The Union Company's steamer Brunner left at 4.30 yesterday afternoon with 1173 bales of wool for transhipment at Dunedin. The Union Company's steamer Herald reached here this morning with 20 tons of general cargo and 23 bales of wool from Dunedin. She sails to-night for West Coast ports. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. Wellington, January 24. Arrived, early this morning—Hauroto, from Sydney, which port she left at 6.15 p.m. cn the ISth. She had fine weather throughout. Passengers : For Dunedin — Misses Fanoourt, Wetdon, Martin (2), and Fergusson; Mesdames Welks, Berry, Clark, and Dinan ; Nessrs Hnghes, Fagan, Campbell, Chabank, and 6 steerage.
