Rapid, from Auckland, via Tauranga, arrived this morning. Arrived—Mararoa, from Napier. The Appeal Court reserved judgment in the Canterbury Seed Company v. the J. G. Ward Farmers' Association case. DDNEDIN. May 23. Thomas Chatterley has been arrested for conspiracy, and remanded to Wellington on the 26th. AUCKLAND. May 23. Arrived—Monowai, from San Francisco.
