A Sticking-up Case.

(BY TELEGRAPH.) New Plymouth, July 3. A highway robbery occurred last night at Omata. three miles from New Plymouth. The tollgate keener there was stuck up, anil L 5 in silver taken. The highwayman was dressoil in officer's scarlet, ami carried a sword and revolver. He went into the tollgate house at 8 p.m., and presented a revolver within 18 inches of the tollgate keeper's head, and threatened him.
