Mr Lazarus conducts a very extensive business in Calcutta, as well as m England, and his experience as an expert in his own particular line fully equals, if it does not surpass, the most eminent Ophthalmic Surgeons. Some of the leading burgeons of London and India have borne testimony to the accuracy of the mode of diagnosing cases of the natuie referred to, and during the short time this gentleman has been m Melbourne m connection with the Exhibition he has been interviewed by hundreds of persons who perhaps would never dream of consulting a Surgeon. Lazarus, an Ophthalmic Optician, with very high credentials from India and England, is visiting Adelaide to establish an agency for the sale of spectacles. His aids to sight are specially made with patent lenses to suit each eye and frames to suit the face of each individual. The refraction test, which he has patented, is considered perfect, and is a most interesting one. From the Ballarat Courier, 21st December, 18S9. Everyone consulting Mr Lazarus can rely upon getting his honest opinion of the case ; and we would strongly advise all who have defective sight to consult him, as there is no doubt his system of sight-testing is perfect. From the Daily Telegraph, Sydney, 20th August, 1890. .... A valuable addition to the Ophthalmic Science lias recently been introduced by Jlu N. Lazarus. The patent is an improved method of sight-testing, called the refraction test, aud is a simple and perfect mode of discovering the slightest defect or dillerence between the two organs of sight. From the Australian Star, Sydney, 22nd August, 1800. We have had an opportunity of visiting the rooms of Mr N. Lazarus, the eminent Oculist Optician, and seeing a practical experiment of his patent refraction test and system of sight-testing. Certainly nothing simpler or more perfect could be desired. Lazarus' chambers several times, and have remained while he tested the sight of the numerous patients who have visited him, and we have no hesitation in recommending all having defective sight to consult this renowned specialist without delay.
