Lazarus, an Ophthalmic Optician, with very high credentials from India and England, is visiting Adelaide to establish an agency for the sale of spectacles. His aids to sight are specially made with patent lenses to suit each eye and frames to suit the face of each individual. From the Daily Telegraph, Sydney, 20th August, 1890. .... A valuable addition to the Ophthalmic Science lias recently been introduced by Jlu N. Lazarus. The patent is an improved method of sight-testing, called the refraction test, aud is a simple and perfect mode of discovering the slightest defect or dillerence between the two organs of sight. Lazarus, the eminent Oculist Optician, and seeing a practical experiment of his patent refraction test and system of sight-testing. Certainly nothing simpler or more perfect could be desired.
