For Australian Colonies, India, United Kingdom, and Europe, per Te Anau, at 6.30 p.m. Correspondence for the United Kingdom must be specially addressed and prepaid 6d per half ounce. This mail will be due in London on 18th November. Friday, 2nd October. For United Kingdom and Europe, via Rio de Janeiro (specially addressed correspondence only), per Ruapehu, at 2 p.m. Parcel post at 1.30 p.m. This mail will be due in London on 14th November. Saturday, 3rd October. For Wellington, Picton, and Nelson, per Rotorua, at 2.15 p.m. Wednesday, 7th October. SAN FRANCISCO MAIL SERVICE. For United Kingdom and Europe, North and South America, Sandwich Islands, etc., per Alameda, at 2 p.m. Money orders and registered letters at 1 p.m. Newspapers and parcel post, 1.30 p.m. Postage to the United Kingdom, 2vsd per half-ounce; to the United States 6d per half-onnce; to other places, see Postal Guide. Late letters can be posted at the travelling post office attached to the northern express till departure of train, provided such letters are stamped with an additional single rate of postage, viz., 2£d, as a late fee. This mail will be due in London on 10th November. For Dunedin, Port Chalmers, Palmerston, and intermediate offices, daily at 6.30 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. For Christchurcli, daily at 2 15 p.m. For Wellington and northern ports, as specially notified. For Timaru, Waimate, and Waitaki, daily at 2.15 and 3.45 p.m. ; also on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, at 6.30 a.m. For Pukeuri, Papakaio, Duntroon, Otiake, Kurow, and Hakateramea, daily at 3.30 p.m. For Livingstone and Maerewhenua, Tuesdays and Fridays, at 3.30 p.m. For Waiareka, Weston, Enfield, and Windsor, daily at 3.30 p.m. For Omarama, on Thursdays at 3.30 p.m., and Saturdays, at 9 p.m. For Ngapara, on Mondays and Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, 3.30 p.m. ; also Thursdays and Saturdays, at 6.30 a.m.
