THE NEW ZEALAND LOAN AND MERCANTILE AGENCY COMPANY (Limited) have been instructed to offer by public auction, at above time and place:— The Whole of the valuable Property known as the Kakanui Manufacturing and MeatPreservingCompany's, consisting of about 23 Acres of freehold land, situated at Kakanui North, with all Buildings, Plant, Machinery, Etc. thereon. Should the property not find a buyer as a whole, it will be offered as under : Lot I.—All the Machinery and Plant will be offered in lots, for removal, to suit purchasers, and consists of : 12 h.p.
