The conflagration commenced at the top portion of a three-storeyed building used for making linoleum. The town's fire brigade and the firm's brigade were summoned and worked vigorously, and the lower part of the building, containing finished goods, was saved, though the top storey and roof were destroyed. The damage is extensive. Tho fire lasted for about nine hours.—Home Paper.
