(by xklegbafh.) Chbistcitcbch, December 2. Tha Saptema Court sittings opened this morning. Judge Dannisfcon, In addressing thn Grand Jury, Baid that althongh the record is for three Instead of two months, the calendar fa very light, only three persons being charged. The Grand Jury found trne bills in all the cues, Harry E. Stirling was broaght up for sentence and received 12 months with bard labor. George Tillet, for robbery ander arms, pleaded gnllty and waa sentenced to 4 years. Charles Newton, for bone stealing received 12 months.
