It will be resumed tomorrow if the weather permits. March 29. The cricket match waa resumed at noon to-day, but the wicket was very dead. Bead and Ulyett faced the bowling of "Wilding and Donlop. Ulyett was caught by W. P. Beeves off Wilding increasing his former score by three. Newham joined Bead, but, after making three, was clean bowled by Danlop. Briggs, who followed, was caught by Wilding off his own bowling* without scoring. Smith went in, but Wilding bowled him before no could score Preston succeeded him, bat, after making a single he waa also bowled by Wilding. Brain followed, but was soon given out 1.b.w., bowled Wilding. Lohmann waa caught by Garrard off Wilding without scoring. Puugher now joined Bead, made 5, and fall another victim to Wilding.
