McCumiskey violently resisted the arresting constable and he was consequently oharged with this additional offence. Mi\ Page-j convicted the accused on both charges and sentenced him to' one month's imprisonment for each offence, the sentences to run concurrently.The bench ordered that McCumiskey be placed on board his vessel should it leave these shores before the expiration of the term of imprisonment imposed.
