LOOKS WELL AHEAD
ADAM WILSON, manager of the Bank of New Zealand, Thames,' is old enough to remember the glory that was Thames m its bonanza days, and who is young enough- to enter into the spirit of unquenchable youth which is trying to put the, new Thames on a dairy-yield map. Adam will hold a sympathetic korero with the old-timer who pulls out the tremolo stop the while he "reminiscences" about a vanished Eldorado, and he . will listen encouragingly to the successful Plains 'farmer who talks of record butter-fat yields and hints vaguely of overdrafts.
