The difference between our rate and the overseas countries is shown herewith,' the figures m brackets showing .the -disparity with the new Dominion rate of October next: Sweden, 93.8 (100.7) ; France, 113.8 (120.7) ; Germany, 117.9 (i 24.8); and Belgium, 126.9 (133.8), , And this does not take into account the longer working hours of these countries!
