A GOOD RACE
Genera! Bingen Went a good race m the Australasian Handicap at Addington. Considering he has not had a race for a long time he did well to finish within a head of the winner. Transport has found a lot of stamina this past twelve months. He set out to force the pace six . furlongs from home . and then reached the judge first. Sea Pearl was going well m fourth place when she put m a mix and finally lost her driver. Bob Logan is a cut above the average. He was unlucky m striking trouble five furlongs from home.
