Ratepayers of Wellington ! This paper is out to expose the operations of the City Council's Electric "Fixing" Department m connection with the change-over muddle. Are you satisfied with the deal you have got, or are getting, from the City Council ? Have you signed one of its illegal contracts and now find that you are the victim of exorbitant charges, shoddy workmanship, and a demand for further payment over and above the 'contract price before your defective installation is attended to ? Has the electricity been disconnected from your home because you refuse to accept the imposition ? Apart from these shocks, have you suffered any to your person, or are you m danger of getting one from the installation m your home ? "Truth" invites you to bring your troubles to it that justice may be done.
