"The Vanishing Race" has been brought to the screen by Paramount, with Richard Dix m the leading role, that of the ceritral Indian figure m the picture. # ~ * # . DashftiJness that bubbles over with '*-* laughter has arrived, m the Do.minion m Harold Lloyd's latest Master Picture comedy, "Girl Shy." Lloyd v has hitherto given to the screen many humorous novelties m his varied chara6terisations, but m "Girl Shy," he promises to outdo his previous laugh efforts with his; portrayal of- a. very bashful small-town boy, who nfe.de a secret study of girls, and- the more he studied, them, the more he feared them. It is a really novel role, and should be full of fun, because Lloyd has by this, time achieved a reputation for never disappointing his many followers.
