THE POCKET OF YOUR APRON. A pocket seems a necessity on an apron but it often catches on handles and door-knobs. Prevent this annoyance by sewing the pocket to the underside of the apron. Have it near the edge and close to the belt. TO CLEAN A RUBBER SHEET. Dip a flannel cloth m kerosene. Rub it on the dirt spots or stain of the rubber sheet. This will remove all stains and dirt. Then give it a good airing to remove all trace of the odor of kerosene. WHEN GRINDING DRY BREAD. If you tie a paper bag round the outlet of the grinder when you are grinding dry bread, you will not have crumvs over your floor. I l ' — !TS
