"Truth's" London Representative writes: —The French have no love for Lord Brad^ bury, whose sound commonsense more than once put a very necessary brake on the Poincare rashness, and that feeling will be still further inflamed by his recent statement that he thought France could contribute annually about 50 million to repayment of debts quite apart from money received from German reparations, without unduly depreciating her present standard of comfort. And he is the best man to know the facts.
