Such was the story told by Peter Setter, of Foxton (represented by Mr. Bergin) who petitioned m the Supreme Court at Palmerston North for a dissolution of his marriage with Kntherine Rosanna Setter, of Palmerston North. Thomas Henderson, bricklayer, late of the same town, was cited as co-respondent. The Setters lived at Gisborne, at Dannevirke, and later at Foxton. They were childless; were married at Palmerston North m February, 1904. His Honor Sir Robert Stout granted a decree nisi, to be moved absolute m three months. Costs on the lowest scale 'were entered against the co-re.
