"Not For Mine!"
Les Murray is a popular little chap, and most people refer to him as the "gentleman of the ring." However, last week "Truth" happened to hear a. conversation that put a different side to the "gentleman" storyTwo fans were discussing the Murray- Trowern mill, and one said: "You must .hand it. to Murray — he is a gentleman m the ring." "What rot!" said his cobber. "What! Do you mean to say Murray isn't a gentleman m the ring-?" "I do, and I have said it." "Why do you say that?" "Murray is no gentleman m the ring —HE PUNCHES TOO HARD!" And who will say there is not common sens©, m .that statement?
