"WILDFLOWER."
Good Production of Clever Musical
Play,
Miss Marie Burke has a real starring role as Nina, or affectionately, "Wildflower," m the musical play of that name m season at the Grand Opera House. Whimsical, vivacious, with the" vivacity of hot-blooded Southerners, she has an appealing singing voice and is more than a passable dancer. But it is temperamentally that she scores her unbounded success. Mr. Gus Bluett finds scope for some inimitable drolleries and Mr. Noel Alleri makes a debonair ,-viilian. Mr. Charles Zoli's x de la Roche is a finely sustained comic effort, and an. uproariously laughable one. A ibrief notice must contain a compliment to the Casino Brothers and Miss Stonehaven, whose exposition of Argentine dancing is sensationally .diverting.
