Notice is hereby given that every person qualified to be registered as an elector for any district, whether or not he is already, registered, is required to make application,- m the prescribed form, to the Registrar of Electors for the electoral district wherein vhe has his usual place of abode within four months from the 6th day of November, 1924. Every person who fails to register within such period, or within four months after the date on which he becomes qualified to be registered, shall be guilty of an offence.
