An Egyptian Who Wants Dempsey.
Prince Mohammed All Ibrahim of Egypt, has issued a challenge to J ick Dempsey for a lO^round fight, m which the Prince 1 offers, to bet 100,000 dollars that Dempsey cannot knock him out.
The roynl Egyptian boxer has been training aecrotly for the last^. two months under Blink McClcvskey, former world's middleweight' -chnmplon.l. A gymnasium and training quarters have been installed m the Prince's luxurious apartment m the fashionable Champs Elysees district. Paris. The Prince has deserted Paris night life m order to do road work m the Hois De Boulogne shortly after daybreak.
Every morning the Prince takes n workout with MeCloskey, boxing 10 rounds, shadow boxing, und skipping the rope.
"The Prince has developed n murderous right-hand blow, which he calls the 'pyramid punch'," asserted MoiCloskey. "When this blow land* the Prince's opponent thinks a pyramid has hit him and he is -knocked stiffer than a sphinx. His ambition now is to get Dempsey into the ring.
"The Prince does not care how much it costs to realise his ambition, and therefore is willing to bet 100.000 dollars that he can stay 10 rounds against Dempsey. If Dempsey takes the Prince as a joke he ' Us liable to get the surprise of his life, because Mohammed Ibrahim can sock them, and when he socks they stay socked. Ho also has developed a fine defense."
